Three arrested following destruction of property
THREE RIVERS — Three men from Three Rivers were lodged at the St. Joseph County Jail following a property destruction incident Tuesday, Oct. 25 shortly after 1 a.m., according to the Three Rivers Police Department.
Officers were called to the 1200 block of Hov Aire Drive, where it was reported that a suspect had jumped on a car and smashed its windshield.
Officers found that three suspects were involved and had fled; they coordinated and located the suspects on foot in the Riverside Townhouses complex. One of the men was arrested on Lockport Drive; the other two suspects were located and arrested near M-60 and Hov Aire Drive as they attempted to run into an apartment.
A 25-year-old man was arrested for destruction of property and disorderly conduct. A 20-year-old man was arrested for an outstanding warrant. A 27-year-old man was arrested for parole violation and resisting police.
