Bulldogs deal Wildcats 7-1 loss in tennis
THREE RIVERS — Three Rivers boys’ tennis team dropped a 7-1 Wolverine Conference match at home Thursday to Vicksburg.
Recording the lone win for Three Rivers at No. 4 singles was Tim Lingk with a 6-4, 6-4 win over David Rutt.
At No. 1 singles, Tyler Seifert from Three Rivers lost to Ayden Flickinger 0-6, 5-7. At No. 2, Jacob Turner of Three Rivers lost to Connor Seifert 1-6, 1-6. At No. 3, Calvin Trammell of Three Rivers was defeated by Corbin Wallace 4-6, 2-6.
At No. 1 doubles, Three Rivers’ duo of Colby Hartzell and Dhruvil Patel fell to Edgar Kim and Jonathan Perkins 2-6, 0-6.
At No. 2 doubles, Three Rivers’ tandem of Lars Lung and Lennard Wrigge lost to Sam Gearig and Casey Hall 0-6, 0-6.
At No. 3 doubles, Three Rivers’ Dan Waltz and David Green dropped a 0-6, 0-6 decision to Erik Beal and Kevin Veld.
Three Rivers forfeited the No. 4 doubles match to Jacob Henderson and Andrew Reno of Vicksburg.
