Lady Falcons spikers celebrate Dig Pink Night with sweep of G-A

CONSTANTINE — The Constantine volleyball team swept visiting Galesburg-Augusta Tuesday 25-23, 25-19, 25-17 in its annual Dig Pink match.
“The girls always get fired up for Dig Pink Night. It was our last home league game, and they performed well,” said Constantine coach Niki Tulley.
“Galesburg is a scrappy defensive team. Our girls had some great attacks that they just couldn’t put down. I am proud of our girls’ total team effort and their confidence they’ve gained throughout the season. They are ready for the SAC tournament this weekend.”
Paulina Diaz had two aces, nine kills, three blocks, one assist and 12 digs. Mackenzi Dobosiewicz added four kills, one block, two assists and 21 digs. Raigan Dumm finished with two kills, 28 assists and 13 digs. Hannah Ley tossed in 12 kills, two blocks and 13 digs. Cassie McNamara finished with one assist and seven digs. Madi Platz had one ace and 12 digs. Macey Tulley ended the night with two aces, five kills, one block and 13 digs.
