Wildcat JV boys’ basketball team tops South Haven
SOUTH HAVEN — The Three Rivers junior varsity boys’ basketball team defeated South Haven on Tuesday 55-47 in Wolverine Conference action.
Drew Bosma’s Wildcat JVs led 14-4 after one period, 27-12 at halftime and 44-28 heading into the fourth quarter.
Bryce Morlan led the Wildcats with 23 points, two assists and 11 rebounds. Garrett McDonald added eight points. Parker Ellifritz had six points, three steals, one assist and two rebounds. Nolan Mark had seven points, four assists, three rebounds and one steal. Traven Van Oss had six points, three assists, nine rebounds, two blocked shots and three steals. Brendan Brown added two points, five assists, three rebounds and four steals.
In freshman action, South Haven beat Three Rivers 47-43.
