Letters to the Editor
To the editor:
After attending meetings listening to investors trying to convince
local township boards that harvesting the sun to produce electricity
is a common accepted farming practice, shouldn’t there be G.A.M.P,S.
to help protect their rights and the public rights from nuisance...
Across the country there has been vicious damage being done to
historical landmarks and monuments. I feel like this is uncalled for.
Right now there are many cities in uproar as to being sanctuary cities
for immigrants.
Why not make a sanctuary city for land monuments? Not that I
favor what...

A special issue of Life Magazine, published in January of 1989,
featured two articles. The first featured the ecological damage that
humans were causing to the earth. The second was about Donald
Trump, a real estate tycoon in New York City.
Over the years Mr. Trump has shown...
We continue to witness our government supporting and
encouraging dependence on fossil fuels.
For a country that is most advanced in the field of technology; we
have officials making important decisions that seem to be part of the

Flag of the United States of America improperly adorning pick-up
trucks or yard displays....
To the editor:
I am writing in regard to the projected sports complex. I am
grateful to the St. Joseph County Commissioners who have heard the
voices of the citizens that object to such a complex being squeezed
into a residential area.
Their decision could possibly encourage the City of Three...
To the editor:
I am thankful for the decision by the St. Joseph County Commission
regarding the sports complex. I now ask that the City of Three Rivers
listen to the Lockport Township residents that would be deeply
affected by such a complex in the projected location and consider
another site...
